The Ruby’s Grand Adventure is a 5-night, 4-day horseback riding experience through the breathtaking landscapes of Bryce Canyon and the Grand Staircase-Escalante region. This adventure is perfect for those who wish to bring their own horse or rent one from us, offering an unforgettable way to explore the best of the Bryce Canyon area. Trail highlights include visiting a historic outlaw hideout and riding through stunning slot canyons in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.

Ruby's Grand Adventure Rates 2025
$2200 per person. Horse Rental and a 5-night stay at Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel.
$1800 per person. 5-night stay at Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel and bring own horse.
$1400 per person. Camping and bringing your horse.
$1500 per person. Camping and Horse Rental
Included in Ride: Sales Tax, Breakfast Buffet at the Hotel, Dinner & Entertainment each night.
Rented horses come with tack, saddle bags, and horn bags.
Hotel Rooms are based on double occupancy.
Request for single occupancy will be charged $550 per package.
Additional Nights Lodging $225 (must be booked in advance)
Not Included: Lunch and snacks each day.

Horseback Riding Trip Itinerary
Sunday Afternoon/Evening
Arrive and check in at the lobby of Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel.
6:00 PM – Participants camping with their own horses will be directed to the horse motel and designated camping area. Those staying at the hotel will be guided to their rooms to settle in.
Monday
8:30 AM – Load vans for Red Canyon.
Ride Losee- Casto Canyon Trail 5- 6 Hours
4:00 - 5:00 PM – Return back to Ruby’s Inn property
6:30 PM – Western dinner by the campfire
7:30 pm – Entertainment
Tuesday
Groups on this day may be split group into 2 groups if needed.
8:30 AM – Group 1 – Willis Creek- Sheep Creek Trail (4-5 hours).
Group 2 Thunder Mt. Trail (4-5 hours)
2:00 - 3:00 PM – Return to Ruby’s Inn property
3:00 PM – 6 PM Free time to explore Bryce Canyon, shop in Ruby’s General Store, or visit other attractions
6:00 PM Western dinner by the campfire
7:00 PM Entertainment
Wednesday
8:30 AM Groups will leave for Willis Creek- Sheep Creek and Thunder Mt. trailheads
2:00 - 3:00 PM – Return to Ruby’s Inn property
3:00 PM – 6 PM Free time to explore Bryce Canyon, shop in Ruby’s General Store, or visit other attractions
6:00 PM Western dinner by the campfire
7:00 PM Entertainment
Thursday
8:30 AM - Depart for the trailhead. The final day of trail riding will be on the Henderson Rim Trail, which takes approximately 4 hours.
6:30 PM Dinner at Ebenezer’s Barn and Grill.
Friday Morning
Check out of hotel. Wishing you safe travels home!
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the ride date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the ride will incur a $100 fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days but more than 30 days before the ride will incur a $200 fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the ride will incur a $500 fee.
