Rider Safety: Riders 17 years of age and younger are required to wear a provided helmet.

Horseback Riding Trip Itinerary
Sunday - Arrival and Check-In
Welcome to Ruby's Grand Adventure!
Arrive at the Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel to check in and prepare for your horseback riding adventure.
6:00 PM – Guest Check-In
All participants check in at the hotel lobby. Guests bringing their own horses will receive information about the Horse Motel and designated camping areas. Hotel guests can settle into their accommodations and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Monday – Losee and Casto Canyons
Begin your adventure with a scenic horseback ride through the spectacular red-rock landscapes of Red Canyon.
8:30 AM – Departure
Load into the vans for transportation to Red Canyon.
Horseback Ride – Approximately 5–6 Hours
Explore the beautiful Losee and Casto Canyon trails, surrounded by colorful rock formations and breathtaking scenery.
4:00–5:00 PM – Return to Ruby's Inn
Return to the Ruby's Inn property after your day on the trail.
6:30 PM – Western Dinner
Enjoy a Western-style dinner by the campfire.
7:30 PM – Evening Entertainment
Relax and enjoy an evening of entertainment following dinner.
Tuesday – Willis Creek, Sheep Creek & Thunder Mountain
Experience another incredible day of horseback riding through the diverse landscapes of Bryce Canyon Country!
Depending on the number of participants, riders may be divided into two groups to explore different trails. Groups will alternate trails on Wednesday, giving everyone the opportunity to experience both rides.
8:30 AM – Departure
Group 1: Willis Creek–Sheep Creek Trail (approximately 4–5 hours)
Group 2: Thunder Mountain Trail (approximately 4–5 hours)
2:00–3:00 PM – Return to Ruby's Inn
Return to Ruby's Inn following your morning and early afternoon adventure.
3:00–6:00 PM – Free Time
Explore Bryce Canyon National Park, browse Ruby's General Store, or enjoy other nearby attractions.
6:00 PM – Western Dinner
Gather for a Western-style dinner by the campfire.
7:00 PM – Evening Entertainment
Relax and enjoy an evening of entertainment.
Wednesday – Explore the Trails You Haven't Ridden
Another day of spectacular scenery awaits as riders experience the trails they did not ride on Tuesday.
8:30 AM – Departure
Groups depart for the Willis Creek–Sheep Creek and Thunder Mountain trailheads, switching routes from the previous day.
Horseback Ride – Approximately 4–5 Hours
Enjoy another memorable ride through southern Utah's colorful canyons and rugged landscapes.
2:00–3:00 PM – Return to Ruby's Inn
Return to Ruby's Inn after your horseback adventure.
3:00–6:00 PM – Free Time
Spend the afternoon exploring Bryce Canyon National Park, shopping at Ruby's General Store, or visiting other local attractions.
6:00 PM – Western Dinner
Enjoy dinner by the campfire.
7:00 PM – Evening Entertainment
Finish the day with an evening of entertainment.
Thursday – Henderson Rim Trail & Farewell Dinner
Enjoy your final day on horseback as you explore the scenic Henderson Rim Trail, surrounded by the spectacular landscapes of Bryce Canyon Country.
8:30 AM – Departure
Depart for the Henderson Rim trailhead.
Horseback Ride – Approximately 4 Hours
Experience one last memorable ride through southern Utah's beautiful red-rock country.
6:30 PM – Farewell Dinner & Live Western Music Show
Celebrate the conclusion of Ruby's Grand Adventure at Ebenezer's Barn & Grill! Enjoy a hearty Western-style dinner followed by live country and Western music performed by the talented Bryce Canyon Wranglers.
It's the perfect way to finish four unforgettable days of horseback riding through Bryce Canyon Country!
Friday Morning - Departure
After five nights and four unforgettable days of horseback riding, it's time to say goodbye to Bryce Canyon Country.
Check out of your accommodations and prepare for your journey home.

Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your scheduled adventure begins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are based on the number of days before your scheduled adventure:

More than 60 days before arrival: $100 cancellation fee.

31–60 days before arrival: $200 cancellation fee.

30 days or fewer before arrival: $500 cancellation fee.
Refunds: Payments received will be refunded, less the applicable cancellation fee.
